“Emily is the whole package.  She is smart, creative, organized, and hard-working. 

She first took the time to get to know our family and get a feel for our needs and style.  At the same time, she prepared CAD drawings of our entire home to help visualize how things might be laid out.  She then offered us gorgeous yet functional design ideas that we loved. 

We very much appreciate how she offered us choices – if an initial suggestion wasn’t just right, she would go back to the drawing board and come up with something better.  We trust her judgment implicitly.

 She also expertly managed a somewhat complex process of building out a new room in our home.  This involved designing the room from various elevations, interviewing contractors, soliciting bids, and overseeing subcontractors (electricians, drywall installers, window/door installers, painters, etc.).  She handled the unexpected issues that inevitably arose so we did not have to. 

Every few days, we say to each other, “I love our place!”  And, much of the credit for that goes to Emily.”
